I requested a custom made pumpkin. They were specially designed for me and arrived within days of the order. They arrived and were not “squashed.” They will become an heirloom for Halloween. You will thank “gourd” if you choose The Little Crochet Den.
Jane individually designed a beautiful football supporting penguin for my newborn grandson. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her enthusiasm for the task was infectious! I was looking for someone to make up a gradation bear for my daughter. Jane came to my rescue when I saw her stall on Bury St Edmunds market and did a super job, considering it was a bit of a challenge! I would not hesitate to use her again.
Jane creates some lovely things, several of which I’ve bought from her both as gifts and for myself. The cowls I gave as presents were very well received and my young grandson loved his little rabbit. I’ve just commissioned a bobble hat which fits my small head very well and I’m looking forward to cooler weather so that I can wear it.
Jane takes a lot of care with her products, will discuss yarns, weights and colours so that you find the right thing, and labels everything with care instructions. I can thoroughly recommend Jane’s crochet products so check her out and treat yourself!
I bought a beautiful blue cowl from this lovely lady at Henham Steam Fair last weekend. I loved it so much that I went online and ordered one for my Mum for Christmas.
When I asked Jane to make a ‘Hey Duggie’ basket, she wondered who he was. The finished product was amazing, spot on. My grandson loved his Duggie basket. Beautifully made and very robust as Duggie gets dragged around by his ears, filled with his favourite books.
Whilst wondering around the Deb Fest Fare on Saturday, one of the best stalls I saw was The Little Crochet Den. It was a colourful array of the most beautiful gifts. There were blankets, teddies and my favourite was the stripy plump bumblebee. Before I could buy one they had sold out. But Jane kindly made one to order and within a couple of days she buzzed him over to me.

Jane created a lovely bespoke animal basket for a koala loving friend. I was thrilled with the final piece, it looks amazing and the yarn is fantastic quality. A definite go to for personalised gifts in the future.
Having purchased one of Jane’s beautiful neck cowls for my daughter, my husband bought one for me. Perfect for wearing under a jacket for dog walking – better than a scarf which can get blown about. I wear it every day on my early morning walk, sometimes keeping it on during breakfast as it is so cosy!
